Carr\u00e9 Champerret \u2013 Paris<\/h1>\n\n\n

FACAL contributes to the refurbishment of the fa\u00e7ades at Carr\u00e9 Champerret, in Levallois-Perret<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

FACAL \u2013 Fa\u00e7ade Engineering<\/a><\/strong> is contributing to the refurbishment of Carr\u00e9 Champerret<\/a><\/strong>, an office complex of approximately 28,000 m\u00b2, located in Levallois-Perret, on the outskirts of Paris. Built in the late 1980s, the complex is undergoing a major transformation to meet today\u2019s requirements for performance, comfort and sustainability, while preserving the qualities of the existing structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project is being developed for RedTree Capital, with JLL providing project support, and is being delivered by PETIT, a VINCI Construction company<\/a>. The architectural design is by Baumschlager Eberle Architekten<\/a>. In this context, FACAL is contributing to the fa\u00e7ade works, bringing its expertise in fa\u00e7ade engineering, technical precision and quality of execution to a highly demanding project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new building envelope plays a central role in the transformation of the complex. The fa\u00e7ades combine large glazed openings with opaque brick-clad areas, increasing natural daylight and contributing to improved thermal performance. In addition, the project prioritises durable construction solutions and lower-impact materials as part of a broader strategy to reduce the building\u2019s carbon footprint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carr\u00e9 Champerret also marks FACAL\u2019s return to Rue Anatole France, in Levallois-Perret. Nearly a decade after its involvement in the Tha\u00efs Levallois <\/a>project, also developed on this street in collaboration with VINCI Construction, FACAL returns with another technically demanding fa\u00e7ade project. This continuity reflects the company\u2019s experience in the French market and the trust built over the years with leading clients and partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
