class=\"wp-block-heading\">FACAL begins a new chapter in fa\u00e7ade engineering with its integration into the VINCI Construction group.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>n April 9, 2025, FACAL officially joined the&nbsp;<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/france.vinci-construction.com\/fr\/\">VINCI Construction<\/a>&nbsp;group, consolidating a long-standing partnership and marking the start of a new growth cycle. This strategic move strengthens FACAL\u2019s presence in the European fa\u00e7ade engineering sector, supported by a team united by values such as excellence, technical precision, and a collaborative spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The integration ceremony took place at the Santo Tirso facility on May 14, 2025, bringing together the operational teams of both FACAL and VINCI Construction in an event marked by closeness and strategic alignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new leadership structure now includes Didier Le Normand as President of FACAL, Oct\u00e1vio Pereira, founding member and Managing Director, and Tiago Pinto, General Manager.
