The result of a phased development and care, Facal performed a double façade, functioning as a structure that fulfills the functions for which it was designed: to combine the architectural concept of transparency and proper control of energy exchanges with the outside. The building results in a fully glazed surrounding developed in order to ensure low energy consumption for air conditioning of the building interior space while maintaining a high comfort of its users.
