FACAL took part in the transformation of the iconic 360 PARIS VANVES, in partnership with PETIT (Vinci Construction) and the architectural firm PCA-STREAM.
Located next to the Parisian Périphérique, this 30,000 m² real estate complex underwent a comprehensive rehabilitation, combining visionary architecture, environmental commitment and a new approach to workspace design.
FACAL was responsible for the execution of the main façade, developed with high-performance technical solutions, adapted to thermal, acoustic and urban integration requirements.
The project also stands out for its commitment to sustainability, through the reduction of its carbon footprint, the reuse and revaluation of existing materials, and the achievement of excellence certifications such as HQE, BREEAM – Excellent and OSMOZ.
